Between Sirolo and Numana, Marche, Italy

Coastal villa and pool sleeping up to 15 guests in 8 bedrooms on the Conero Riviera.

Villa Sirolo is a uniquely positioned holiday villa with private pool and panoramic terraces located between the popular seaside Italian resorts of Numana and Sirolo in the Conero Riviera.

All eight air-conditioned bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom or shower room and are comprised as follows. On the first floor, three spacious double bedrooms each boasting amazing sea views, with an en-suite bath or shower room and direct access out onto a beautiful wide sea-facing terrace.

Also on the first floor are another two spacious double bedrooms (one of which leads out onto a private balcony) and one single bedroom, each with an en-suite bath or shower room.

On the second (top) floor, one small romantic double bedroom with en-suite shower room leads out onto a magnificent rooftop terrace with 360 degree sea and mountain views.

Finally on the ground floor is another double bedroom with en-suite shower room..

The villa has its own private gated entrance with terracing and private swimming pool all enjoying stunning views over the Adriatic Sea, the protected woodlands of the Conero Regional Park, the village of Sirolo and the port town of Numana below.

Several baths mean the property is ideal for families with young children.

There are paths and ramps for wheelchair users with easy access to the villa, pool and gardens

The property has a well equipped open plan kirchen with a large living room, both of which have floor to ceiling French patio windows leading on to the main terrace, with shaded outdoor dining, sun loungers and pool.

The main lounge is bright with floor to ceiling patio doors, modern furniture and a beautiful modern fireplace. Marble floors here and throughout the villa.

Outdoors the main terrace is on two levels with steps and ramp between. Here there is al fresco dining, pool, sun loungers and parasols. Two further very large balconies are found leading off the bedrooms on the first and second floors.

The ample utility room has washing machine and separate dryer.

Bath towels, pool towels and bed linen are included and changed weekly, a maid service is also available on request at a reasonable hourly rate. Final cleaning included in the price.

Although a car is not necessary with the east coast train line within easy transfer and the towns of Numana and Sirolo and surrounds offering plenty of bars and restaurants and shops, having your own transport in Marche in general is advised.

Sirolo's five public beaches below the property are 2 minute's drive or a very pleasant 5-10 minute stroll. More isolated coved beaches can also be reached using the various water shuttles available and within 10 minute's drive there are a whole host of beach restaurants and bars serving fresh seafood dishes and drinks.

Ancona is the nearest airport 20 minute's drive.

The villages of Sirolo and Numana are just a five minute walk from the villa to the respective town centres.

Conero golf club within 5 minute's drive, 18 holes.
