Located in the beautiful countryside of Puglia, this newly restored group of trulli are set in a wonderful location for a family vacation or romantic getaway. 

Well located between the historic towns of Martina Franca and Alberobello, the capital of trulli and a UNESCO World Heritage designated, it is perfectly situated to explore this fascinating area of ​​Italy.

The property sits in two acres of land full of wild flowers. This is surrounded by farmland dotted with trulli, many still not restored. There is a 10-metre swimming pool, a barbecue, pizza oven with preparation area, outdoor dining under a shady gazebo and sun beds for sunbathing. Trullo forest happy is the ideal place for quality time relaxing and spending with family and friends in a quiet location.

There is lots of space to relax outdoors at Masseria Nunzia, whether you prefer to chill in the hammock with a book by the pool or have a refreshing aperitivo and eat some of the lovely local delicacies al fresco.

You can walk in the grounds of Trullo Nunzia, in a small local wood and in the fields which form part of the estate.

The nearest town of Alberobello is a 3km walk which during the day can be done along the relatively quiet roads.

The property itself has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Two bedrooms are in the trullo along with one bathroom and the kitchen. The other bedroom and bathroom is in the attached building. Each has an independent entrance and there is an internal communicating door which is normally closed but can be opened on request.

The old trullo has been restored to a very high level. The cone houses the main sleeping area and has a comfortable sofa and a double bed.

In the two smaller cones is a well-equipped kitchen with utensils, stove, refrigerator, TV, and the dining table has seating for four. Thereis also free wireless internet access and underfloor heating for the colder months.

The little house typical of Puglia is made up of a double bedroom with a single bed, a hallway,and a bathroom. The cottage has free wi-fi and underfloor heating for the colder months.
