Genuine local produce, much of it from the farm, exquisitely prepared by the owners await you at when dining at the restaurant at this agriturismo.

A large private pool with solarium, outdoor showers and spacious lawned gardens makes this an ideal location for families with children wanting to enjoy the culinary delights of Marche brought to your table by the owners themselves.

Close by are the splendid Adriatic beaches of Pedaso, Cupramarittima, Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto (Riviera delle Palme, 15 km). The nearest beaches are just ten minutes away by car.

And this Marche B&B is perfectly located for visiting such cultural centres as Ascoli Piceno, Offida and Fermo, as well as the stunning Monti Sibillini National Park.

The agriturismo was once a monastery and dominates this generous country estate, with its vines, olive groves and fruit treesl.

The15 acre estate is managed by the owners who produce wonderful Merlot wines and a selection of fruits including peaches, apricots and pears.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

Two apartments sleeping from four to six guests, each with their own kitchens, fireplace, bedrooms and bathrooms.

The apartments:

Apt Lucrezia groundfloor. Living room\kitchen area with a table for 4, double sofabed; cooking area with sink, hobs, oven, cooker hood and fridgefreezer; bathroom with shower and washing machine. Double bedroom, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and dresser. (Sleeps 2/4)

Apt Letizia groundfloor up external stairs. Living room\kitchen area has a dining room with a table for 6, double sofabed, fireplace, side-board, cooking area with sink, hobs, oven, cooker hood, and fridgefreezer; bathroom with shower and washing machine. Double bedroom. (Sleeps 4/5)
