The property is found within 150 acres of olive grove, pasture and oak wood and is situated ideally just 12km from the Adriatic Coast and its marvelous beaches and coves.

Part of a larger group of farm buildings known as a masseria, this one is particularly beautiful, boasting a late medieval tower with superb views from the top looking over the surrounding countryside and an enchanting first floor arched portico among its treasured architecture.

The oldest buildings date from the late 15th century but the estate has been added to over the centuries, giving it a truly rare architectural diversity and richness.

The larger pool is 1.5m deep and the children's pool is 60cms deep

Close by are the interesting towns of Ostuni, known as the White City due to its dazzling white buildings, and the larger sea port of Brindisi.
