FABRIZIA'S AGRITURISMO

Country house with five bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests

Surrounded by open countryside and the sweet rolling hils that define this area of Marche, this country house agriturismo is a place to relax and breath in the fresh country air.

An olive grove and fields often planted with wheat and sunflowers as well as a ancient oak copse dominate the area. Views from the property are wonderful and it is also very close to the pretty town of Grottazzolina.

Thanks to its convenient location this holiday home is an ideal place from which to tour Marche and delve into its cultural and gastronomical delights.

It is only 12 miles from the beaches at Porto San Giorgio and close to many other seaside towns and resorts. Yet the national park in the local Sibillini mountains is also no more than 40 minutes away by car.

The property has a very large and welcoming kitchen and living room with an amazing fireplace and all the bedrooms are warm and friendly with the emphasis on elegant local furniture. Each has its own bathroom.

Fine local restaurants are in abundance, providing many exquisite traditional dishes unique to the area and trips to see local towns can be organised by the owner for guests who would appreciate a guide.
