Casa Pozzo befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage vor den Toren des Casentino-Tals mit einer Reihe schön eingerichteter Apartments in zwei Bauernhäusern aus Stein.

Die Apartments im Casa Pozzo haben all den Charme und die Wärme ihrer bäuerlichen Geschichte bewahrt, wobei die Restaurierung originalen Materialien und Charakteristika erhalten blieb, sie jedoch mit schönen Möbeln und feinen Details ausgestattet sind.

In der Nähe des Waldrandes befindet sich das größte der Häuser. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Restaurant und ein Geschäft, in dem Produkte aus der Region verkauft werden. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich fünf Wohnungen. Im unteren Teil des Hügels befindet sich das zweite Bauernhaus, in dem die anderen Wohnungen untergebracht sind.

Jedes Apartment verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, originale Nischen und andere Details, ein Bad mit Dusche, eine besondere Einrichtung und einen charakteristischen Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Zu den modernen Annehmlichkeiten gehören Klimaanlage, Heizung, Sat-TV, Telefon und Internetanschluss.

Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie die historischsten und künstlerischsten Städte der Toskana. Und noch näher an Casa Pozzo liegt Arezzo (12 km), Francesco Petrarca und viele andere Städte und Dörfer warten darauf, von Ihnen entdeckt zu werden. Cortona, Florenz, Siena und Perugia sind allesamt einfache Ausflugsziele.

Die Besitzer geben Ihnen gerne Tipps und Vorschläge, sobald Sie ankommen.

Es gibt ein hauseigenes Restaurant, einen Kinderspielplatz, Tischtennis, Boccia und Mountainbikes. Außerdem werden Kochkurse sowie Weinproben, ein professioneller Babysitter sowie Massagen und Physiotherapie-Services angeboten.

GENERAL ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

Each apartment has wifi internet connection, independent air conditioning (charged separately according to use) and heating.

Each bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Each kitchen/kitchenette has 2/4 electric hobs, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine.

Outside each apartment has its own outdoor area (table and chairs) near the entrance. In communal areas there are barbecue points. There is also a laundry point (washing machine, drier €7 per wash).

Menta: This disabled access apartment has green walls, a spacious double bedroom with bathroom, sitting room with an exposed-stone wall and kitchenette. Single sofabed. Sleeps: 2/3

Basilico: This small, ground floor apartment was the first to be restored and has an ample sitting room with kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Sleeps: 2

Timo: The blue walls are the same colour as those on the aromatic plant from which this apartment takes its name. This ground floor apartment has a sitting room connected to the dining area, kitchenette, a double bedroom with terrace, bathroom. Double sofabed. Sleeps: 2/3

Malva: First floor apartment with light blue walls welcome you into the cheerful but elegant sitting room with kitchenette. There is a double bedroom, spacious single/double room and bathroom. Sleeps: 4

Verbena: First floor apartment with peach-coloured walls which add an old flavour to the stone wall in the sitting room. There is a kitchen, a double bedroom with sitting area, a single bedroom and bathroom. Sleeps: 4

Melissa: This very romantic apartment is on the second floor and has antique rose-coloured walls. It has a cosy sitting room, double en suite bedroom with canopy bed and sitting area, kitchen and another double bedroom and bathroom. Sleeps: 4

Nippetella: Located on the second floor, this apartment has cream-coloured walls and elegant furnishings. There is a sitting room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms (one with canopy bed) and two bathrooms. Sleeps: 4

Salvia: The light green walls add an elegant touch to the bedrooms with iron bedframes. Located on the first floor, there is a sitting room with kitchenette, a study, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeps: 6

Rosmarino: This apartment is arranged on two floors, with cream-coloured walls making it one of the most pleasing of apartments. Entry is into a spacious sitting room, and then the kitchen. Upstairs there are three en suite bedrooms. Sleeps: 6
