Villa Capparuccia's lofty location in the heart of stunning Marche countryside yet within easy drive of the coast, makes this a holiday hideaway of rare charm.
Guests are encouraged to make themselves feel right at home in an environment of tranquillity, somewhere they can fully recharge in a truly idyllic setting. The property is equipped to host up to 28 guests in three properties, but smaller groups are also welcome.
The villa is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing family holiday, overlooking unspoilt scenery whilst benefiting from all the modern comforts. Guests will be immersed among the scents and colours of nature, giving them a taste of Italy at its bucolic best.
Nestled in the centre of 28 acres of private grounds and olive groves it offers a panoramic position with lovely open views over rolling countryside right across to the Sibillini mountains. In this idyllic haven you will enjoy total privacy and seclusion, with a private road leading to the property access via automated gates, yet benefit from proximity to many hilltop villages, shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive.
The beautiful Italian farmhouse at the centre of the property has been lovingly restored, keeping its original features and charm. It sleeps 19 guests and has two fold away beds, eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms with six ensuite facilities. The cottage sleeps five and the restored barn also sleeps five - with exclusive use of a panoramic swimming pool area.
A large outdoor covered catering area and spacious grounds makes the perfect setting for a large group to enjoy both indoor and outdoor areas, celebrate a special event or just simply escape to a special place away from it all but close to great local facilities.
The accommodation has been designed for large groups and tastefully decorated, with four kitchens, spacious living areas, panoramic roof terrace and many outdoor patios, each with long tables and chairs to dine in shaded areas.
There is a spacious ground floor day space with easy access to all outdoor areas, so guests will enjoy the extended patios and grounds that are connected directly to each building. There are so many areas for guests to really unwind, relax and find a private spot with a picture postcard view. There are also four water features with Koi and gold fish, plants and many different areas that draw you in to each private space.
The Adriatic Riviera with sandy blue flag beaches are 15-20 minutes away, offering excellent seafood, water parks and beaches ideal for families and all ages.
The villa's position undoubtedly offers guests the possibility to fully explore the entire region.
The panoramic pool offers crystal clear water and hours of fun. There are high quality sun loungers, a shaded area to escape the heat and relaxing chairs to read and take that well earned afternoon nap!
In the grounds there is a ping pong table and garden areas to play games. There is a 14ft trampoline and swing set for children with plenty of space for them to run around.
The property is maintained to a high standard and is cleaned on a weekly basis with towels and bed linen also changed.
The owners also arrange Italian civil wedding ceremonies and legal or symbolic exchanges of vows by the pool.
