Situated with a commanding view overlooking the ancient town of Tolentino, Villa Bura has stunning views across the undulating Marche landscape from the Adriatic coast to the Sibillini Mountains.
Recently restored to the splendour of the original 19th-century building, the restoration has captured the essence of its original purpose, that of a holiday villa for the aristocracy of Turin.
The villa with its luxurious accommodation for 10 people sits within a discreet and private garden with centuries-old trees and new swimming pool. One intriguing feature of the villa besides its stunning architectural form is the small private chapel now fully restored and available for civil wedding cerimonies.
Covering three floors, Villa Bura has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a wide dining room and two living rooms with fireplaces. This along with the large balconies and covered loggias makes the property grander than most others in Marche.

This service is perfect for a special dinner or simply if the guests want to find their lunch/dinner ready on their arrival day or after a day-out sightseeing.
For the guests who want to find the fridge/cupboard of the villa stocked before their arrival, Villa Bura offers the extra-service of villa pre-stocking or a simple welcome pack: just send us a list of the items to be purchased at least one week before arrival and they will be ready in the villa for your arrival.
